HOW I WORK

Annie has been coaching privately and in the workplace since 2018. Supporting people into emotional truths and their authentic expression in a way that balances depth with playfulness and trust. Clients describe working with her as “out of the box”, “supportive and nourishing”, “profound” and, “incredibly intuitive.”

Her love for coaching as a practice comes from the emphasis it places on each of us knowing ourselves. Annie has experienced how dramatically coaching can shift both inner and outer landscapes and this is what excites her to share it with others. Annie’s style is a fusion of her innate nature and design, and what she has learned through the jungle of tools and resources she’s engaged with on her own journey. She is the daughter of a kinesiologist, a qualified yoga teacher and a passionate TBM-er among many other things. Annie believes authenticity is the key to the life we want, and truth and desire provide the clues to get us there.

On top of her basket of coaching tools, if you’re open to it, she can bring a little of the Cosmic world into sessions through Human Design. No prior knowledge is needed. Annie can introduce your chart to you using it as a guide for your authority (how you make decisions), your energy and to bring some insights around your gifts. Human Design can be used to understand what environments, people and ways of being in the world will support your unique nature.
